No Show/Late Cancellation Policy
We value your time and strive to provide quality care to every patient. In order to maintain an efficient schedule and serve all of our patients as best as possible, we ask that you please notify us by 8:00 am on the day of your appointment if you need to reschedule your visit.
Policy Details:
- Missed appointments without any prior notice or services cancelled within 2 business hours of scheduled appointment will be charged a $50 no-show/late cancellation fee.
- Fees must be paid prior to rescheduling.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you have a situation that you believe warrants an exception, contact our office as soon as possible to discuss it.
Patients that repeatedly cancel, reschedule, or no show appointments may be placed on a last minute call list or dismissed from the practice.
Patients with IDPA who no show an appointment will be automatically placed on a last minute call list.
